Stage 2 - Intensive marketing
A highly targeted intensive marketing campaign using a combination of web advertising across a number of job boards and targeted email marketing to up to 5,000 relevant candidates from our database
Stage 3 - Benchmark
To ensure the quality and calibre of candidates match your selection and hiring criteria, the initial response will be discussed with the hiring manager on day two of the campaign
Stage 4 – Delivery At the end of your campaign, we will send a shortlist of candidates to match your criteria – you are free to interview and hire as many as you wish. We even send out regret letters.
