Job Title: SAP Solution Manager Expert - Engagement Manager
Location: London, South East, South West, Midlands, North East, North West, Scotland, Any UK base office, UK Wide
An experienced SAP Engagement Manager & Solution Manager expert responsible for leading planning and execution of the implementation of Solution Manager for use in the delivery of an SAP implementation.
The role will require working with Capgemini colleagues in sales, consulting and outsourcing, occasionally outside the UK, with SAP AG and other strategic partners.
Core skills for the SAP Solutions Manager Expert will include detailed knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, Setup of Solution Manager, recommended use of Solution Manager in the implementation of an SAP project, integration of Solution Manager with other related SAP products, Project and Programme planning, project forecasting, financial management, knowledge of project delivery methodologies. The role will also include input to the sales process, working as part of / leading sales propositions and following them through to delivery.
SAP experience of Project management from business case and initiation through to implementation and support using formal methods and tools for both sales and delivery activities.
We are looking for SAP Solution Manager Experts with the following key skills:
- Implementation and use of SAP Solution Manager
- SAP knowledge in terms of overall processes, strategy, methods and management tools
- Minimum of 3 full SAP project life cycles, using SAP Solution Manager, of significant size, scope and complexity
- Demonstrable SAP delivery
- Lead role in SAP opportunities exceeding �2m of sales p.a.
- Strong communications skills and ability to communicate and influence at all levels
- Leadership skills demonstrated through management and/or team lead roles covering planning, reporting, issue & risk management and people management skills
- Knowledge and experience of the sales process for consulting services
- Commercially aware in terms of contractual aspects and value added propositions
