Managed Campaign
What is a Managed Campaign?
More targeted than advertising alone and more cost-effective than using consultancies, The IT Job Board's Managed Campaign will maximise your coverage of the IT candidate market with minimum effort. A managed campaign combines extensive web advertising across a network of sites with targeted email marketing and CV screening.
THE PROCESS
Stage 1 – Preparation
Prior to the advertising period, a dedicated account manager will discuss the exact requirements of your job vacancy and establish candidate selection criteria.
Stage 2 – Advertising & Database Marketing
A highly targeted advertising campaign will be initiated on the basis of the preparation phase. The campaign will combine website advertising with a targeted email campaign to market your vacancy to the most relevant candidates. The email campaign will target up to 5,000 candidates.
Stage 3 – Analysis & Review
Within the first week of advertising, your account manager will analyse the initial response to your job advert and discuss the results with the hiring manager. This is to ensure that candidate quality and relevance meets your high standards. This exercise provides valuable feedback to alter the course of advertising where necessary.
Stage 4 - Delivery
After two weeks you will be provided with all candidate application forms. All candidates will be graded according to their relevance to your specifications. Your account manager will also help to ensure you have the best possible candidate shortlist. You are then free to interview and hire as many candidates as you choose. To ensure your recruitment department’s professional image is maintained we also send regret letters to any unsuccessful candidates.
