This two-year programme covers all aspects of how Business Technology transforms our business on a daily basis. Over the course of four placements, you will gain experience across retail, private and international banking, wholesale markets, insurance and investments while developing real technology expertise.

You will also have the chance to attain industry-recognised qualifications, such as Prince2 and ITIL, and there will be plenty of global opportunities too. Previous graduates have completed placements in India, Dubai and Tokyo.

From your very first placement you will be given real responsibility. So it’s essential that you have ability to manage complex projects through to completion and that you are able to deliver outstanding results.

You’ll also need to be someone who is genuinely interested in developing and implementing new technological initiatives.
